I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great, right in the heart of everything and just a short walk from the French Quarter. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, but I felt that the price was a bit high for what I received. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, there were some issues with billing that left a bad taste. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
